Jumpstart

“Early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy, and wise.”
~ Proverb ~

Nobody loves the alarm clock. But there’s something to getting up before the world does…before the noise starts, before the phone lights up, before anybody needs anything from you.

That first hour is yours. Coffee’s quiet. The house is still. You get a jumpstart on the day instead of the day getting a jumpstart on you.

It’s not about punishing yourself out of bed. It’s about giving yourself a head start on something…anything…before life starts pulling you in six directions.

Thought for the Day
Get up a little earlier. Give yourself the jumpstart before the day tries to give you one.
