No Comparing, Just Respect

“When you are content to be simply yourself and don’t compare or compete, everybody will respect you.”
~Lao Tzu~

Ollie doesn’t size up the other dogs at the river.

Big dog, small dog, fast dog, slow dog โ€” doesn’t matter to him. He just runs, tail going, completely himself, no comparing, no competing.

And every dog he meets respects that instantly. No posturing needed. He’s not trying to be the biggest or fastest thing on the path. He’s just being Ollie, full send, every time.

Maybe that’s the whole secret. Stop sizing yourself up against everybody else, and people respect you without you even trying.
