Identity

“Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate.”
~ Carl Jung ~

The phone buzzes. The feed refreshes. The algorithm already knows what you want before you do. And somewhere in the middle of all that noise, quietly and without much fanfare, you stop being you and start being whatever the world needs you to be today.

That’s not living. That’s drifting.

So what does it take to get conscious? It starts small. You put the phone down. You sit with the quiet for a minute. You ask yourself — not Google, not your feed, not the group chat — you ask yourself what you actually think. What you actually feel. What you actually want.

That’s the work. Unglamorous, daily, worth everything.

Identity isn’t something you find. It’s something you choose. Over and over again. Every single day.

“The successful warrior is the average man, with laser-like focus.”~ Bruce Lee ~ Talent’s overrated. Most people chasing a goal aren’t more gifted than the person next to them — they’ve just decided what actually matters and stopped giving energy to everything else. That’s focus. Not doing more. Doing less, better, on purpose. Distraction is…
