Humility

“The only wisdom we can hope to acquire is the wisdom of humility.”
~ T.S. Eliot ~

Nobody wakes up one day and says I’ve got humility figured out. That’s not how it works. Humility isn’t a destination — it’s just a direction you keep pointing yourself in, every single day, for the rest of your life.

And here’s the tricky part: the second you think you’ve arrived — the moment you catch yourself feeling pretty humble — it’s already gone. Humility doesn’t announce itself. It doesn’t need to.

Other people see it in you before you ever see it in yourself. It shows up in how you listen. How you let someone else be right. How you don’t need the last word, the loudest voice, or the top of the marquee.

Stay low. Stay honest. Let your actions do the talking and your ego do the walking. That’s the whole practice — quiet, daily, unglamorous, and worth every bit of it.
