Let That Shit Go

“Let That Shit Go.”
~The Dude~

Sometimes, the only word that can be used to accurately describe all the unnecessary garbage we tend to carry around.

Because everybody β€” every single person β€” is carrying something they should have put down a long time ago. A grudge. A story. A version of themselves that doesn’t fit anymore.

The river doesn’t carry yesterdays water. It lets it go and keeps moving.

You don’t need a guru. You don’t need a program. You just need to decide β€” right now β€” that whatever you’ve been dragging around isn’t worth the weight anymore.

So let that shit go…All of it.

Find your flow.
